FAQs

  1. Do you only cater to smaller agencies?

Although we primarily cater to volunteer, combination, or other lower budget agencies, we offer several customization options for larger agencies. These include everything from customized reporting to computer aided dispatch functionality and regional or state integration.

  2. Do you offer special pricing for 501(c)(3) non-profit or government agencies?

The posted software pricing is intended for 501(c)(3) and government agencies. For-profit firms should inquire for software pricing.

  3. I use spreadsheets to manage my data, what makes Rhodium™ Admin a better choice?

Rhodium™ Admin offers greatly enhanced functionality over a localized spreadsheet system. Because you can access Rhodium from any internet connection, you will always have access to up to date information. No longer will you need to go to the station to access records.

Rhodium also offers a cleaner transition between personnel. Should your personnel manager leave, or the position change hands, you will not loose the data or need to "reinvent the wheel."

  4. My agency operates on a limited budget, can we afford your software?

We offer a variety of price points and payment plans. Please contact us so that we can arrange a solution that will work for you.

  5. What does web-hosting mean?

Web-hosting means that the software is hosted on Incident Response Technologies' servers, rather than on a server network at your agency. The benefit to this for small agencies is obvious in the greatly reduced hardware cost. Even if you already have an internal network, the benefits of web-hosting remain as it allows access to the software from any internet connection.

Web-hosting means you do not need to by a license for each computer you access the software from. One simple monthly charge covers access from any internet connection, server hosting fees, routine maintenance, and customer support.
